Hal Hanstein's Bio:

Hal Hanstein is President and CEO of Cardinal Realty Group, Hal has been active in Commercial Real Estate and a Commercial Real Estate Broker since 1982, establishing Cardinal Realty Group in 2004, and has managed, leased and sold Office, Retail, Industrial,  Investment, Residential and Commercial Real Estate.  Hal has a Master's Degree in Real Estate Management from Webster University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and a past board member of the St. Louis CCIM Chapter.  Hal is also a member of the St. Charles Association of Realtors.  Hal is a Past President of the Webster Groves Area Chamber of Commerce along with being the year 2000 Business Person of the Year for the City of Webster Groves.  Hal's real estate moto is "Unseen, is Untold, is Unsold!  In recent years Hal has expanding his real estate experience by attracting Foreign investors to purchase Single Tenant Investment  Restate in the USA partially by Developing an Investor Web site fully translated in Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese   language. County-Cardinal Springs Subdivision and Crestwood-Yorkshire Estates and Property Manager of various Office, Industrial and Farm Properties including the Whirlpool Warehouse in Earth City and Golden Dip in Fenton. My employment was under the direct supervision of Adrian Koch , a prominent builder/developer and real estate investor in St. Louis
